The stay at Elite Alpine Lodge in Saas-Fee was absolutely fantastic. The hosts, Sybille and her husband, were incredibly warm and provided excellent service throughout our stay. They were attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. The accommodation was top-notch with spacious, clean rooms and comfortable beds. The well-equipped kitchen and beautiful mountain views added to the charm. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with made-to-order eggs. We highly recommend this mountain hideaway for a winter wonderland getaway.
All was perfect.

The lodging was spacious and comfortable, offering all the amenities needed for a great stay. It was conveniently located near the slopes and local shops, making travel easy. The breakfast provided was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from.
While the lodging was great, the service could have been a bit better. The staff seemed distant and did not offer as much assistance as we expected.

I loved the hotel’s location next to the restaurant which made it easy for me to grab a bite to eat. The hotel staff went above and beyond, ensuring that the rooms were spotless during my entire stay. The breakfast spread was amazing and provided the perfect start to my day full of activities in this city. Also, the hotel's proximity to the bus terminal made it easy to get around and explore the different parts of the city.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

During my Xmas holiday, I had a decent experience at a small boutique hotel in a Swiss mountain village. the room was well appointed, with a coffee machine and a teakettle, and the location was ideal, with easy access to transportation and local attractions.
The staff's service was poor.
